Meet the Team
Dr. Jenna Dayley
Jenna graduated with honors from BYU in Family Studies. She then went directly into her PhD in Human Development from Utah State, where she studied siblings, emphasizing methodology and complex statistical analyses, such as structural equation modeling (SEM), multilevel models (MLM) in addition to complex interactions. Following graduation, she worked full-time as a Research Analyst for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.
Jon Dayley
Jon graduated from Utah State University with a double-major in accounting and information systems. He then went on to complete a master's degree in data analytics. During his education, Jon began to learn numerous programming languages, several of which he received expert-level certificates, including SQL, Python, Java, and Machine Learning (AI). Following his military training as a linguist, Jon joined a consulting firm, where he worked as lead software engineer.
